Individual Therapy
Through Individual Therapy, I work with clients facing all types of stressors, adjustment challenges, communication or relationship struggles, major life transitions, and changes. You may be facing a specific stressor or series of stressors, or you simply may be looking for some extra emotional support during this time in your life.
My emphasis is on assisting my clients to find hope, direction, and a better path forward, incorporating their own inherent strengths and drawing from multiple evidence-based treatment modalities, depending on each client’s unique needs. You deserve to feel supported and empowered.
I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based, client-centered approach, bringing openness, compassion, and authenticity to my work with clients. I draw from many treatment modalities, including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness strategies, psychodynamic approaches, Relational Therapy, and more. I will tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
