Melissa Rosenberg, LICSW

My practice focuses on working with clients who are experiencing emotional distress, adjustment challenges, or communication difficulties. My clients may be struggling with relationship issues, a major life transition, such as divorce or other family changes, or the death of a loved one. Other clients may face the ongoing challenges of living with depression, anxiety, addiction, and/or trauma. My emphasis is on assisting clients to identify and utilize their own strengths as part of the journey of finding a better path forward.

With over 15 years working in mental health, I bring plethora of experience and a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective to my work with clients. I am known for my directness, compassion, authenticity, and ability to truly and actively listen. I utilize an interactive, practical, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to helping clients tackle current stressors as well as long-standing patterns.

I draw from many evidence-based treatment modalities and tailor my approach to meet each clients’ unique needs.
